Cannot receive Texts and IMessage not working

Hello, 

I recently ported over to PM from Fido. I called the porting number for both PM and Fido and both informed me the port was successful. That said, I cannot receive or send text messages. Also, my IMessage does not work. 

can someone from PM please get in touch with me??? I even submitted a ticket..

Any reply yet? I've heard nothing. It's been 24+ hours.

Public Mobile has been having issues with texting over the last month. They have provided a link to try to help resolve it. Here it is.
