Cannot make outbound calls but can take inbound calls

Hello about 3 weeks ago I have unable to make outbound calls, but can take inbound calls. Please advise a solution. Thank you.

With the roll out of VoLTE service, there have been more voice problems recently.

If you are on one both unlimited Canada wide talk plans, try rebooting your phone.  

Adding prefix 1 or +1 in front of the area code.

@Shilan any chance you are on $15 plan and you used up your outgoing minutes?  

if you have $15 plan, login My account using Incognito mode and check
