I just tried calling a friend and the call immediately dropped, then I tried a few others and they dropped too. I also cannot receive calls, when I press the answer button, the calls automatically hangs up. I can receive and send texts no problem just not make any calls.
Note, I do not have a smartphone so resetting the network is not an option.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for the info but it has been working for the past 9 months without any issues until now.

It looks like this phone may not work with Public mobile. Public mobile used 3G for talk, which this phone does not have. This phone may work in the near future when Public mobile uses VoLTE.

What is the make and model of your phone?

I don't have another phone right now and I don't have the option to set my network settings. I own a light phone, very simple, so no options to set the network. Thanks for the help, appreciate it.

Is your account status active? or suspended? Check your self service account.
Which plan are you on? Grandfathered $10 (now $13 plan ) for limited 50 minutes call.
Maybe try restarting/booting your phone.
If possible, you could try your SIM card in another phone. That will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM Service problem.
