My CC was stolen, now that I have a new card I cannot access my account to make the payment owing. What can I do?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
Quick solution is to get voucher and pay calling 611.

for the immediate solution..get to Shell Gas and get payment vouchers, then dial 611 to add them to your account for next renewal.
Deal with credit card and account access issue throughout the day when convenient for you.

Best is to get the My Account access back first
First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works

Another way is to buy voucher from SDM/711/London Drug/Shelland then load the voucher using *611
