I paid for Subscription and try to login to my account via Website and also with Public mobile app. All lead to "Forbidden A1" error.
The website allowed to login and made payment. After the payment and get my credit card info, it forbid my login?
Seriously?
Please advise.

are you just new user of Public mobile, if it is, I think the technic team should spend some time to create your details in the background and wait for a while, everything will show up.

You should have this problem with the app but don’t use auto fill your email and password. Type it in manually with a check mark to the right.

Try clearing your systems cache and cookies and using an incognito/private tab and logging into the website again.
Failing that, to contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to the Customer Support Agents by clicking here
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
