Cannot get any functions to work once I log in. Same screen keeps coming up asking for Existing password and New password. It acts like I've asked to Change Password...

Used suggestion to just reset password, and it worked. Allowed me to continue in account. Hope it stays that way this time! Thanks for the help everyone!

If this keeps recurring, I would recommend going ahead and just change the self-serve password associated with the account.
It could be an easy fix for this problem - and it's never a bad idea to update passwords once in awhile anyway.

@BobMcK that sounds a little odd.
So, you ARE able to log into your Self Serve Account? https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/
But get prompted for change of passwords while logged in...?
IS your account status ACTIVE? You can also check this by calling 611.

Sometimes the website is finicky. Login is working for myself right now.
Try to clear cache, incognito mode or another web browser.
Or you can wait one hour in between attempts.
