My plan continues to renew but I cannot get into my account with the email and password I believe it to be. It keeps asking me activate a sim but I have one.....can someone help

Try "Forgot Password", (assuming your email is correct).

@Kicker123, if trying through a web browser, try a different browser or clear cache or try incognito mode.
If trying through the PM app, if on Android try clearing the PM app's data/cache from the settings. If you are using iPhone you will need to uninstall the app, restart the phone, reinstall the app and then log in again
