I upgraded my subscription and was change for it but my account is still showing my old subscription. I sent a ticket about this issue but I didn’t get a reply. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

you used Change Now??
if Change Now, should start new plan IMM. If not showing that, maybe just browser cache. Try login with Incognito mode once more

@Jelay If you were charged the correct amount it could just be a cache issue . First clear web browser cache and cookies if on web . If using app try to u install it and reinstall it and check again

@Jelay, did you check on the PM app? If so try looking online as sometimes there are caching issues. I think I've also heard that it can take 24 to 48 hours for the change to show up in your account, has it been that long? The other thing to note, did you select "Change now" or "Change on renewal"? If you change now than you should have changes right away but if you had any remaining days left from the previous month those will be lost
