I just activated my SIM and created an account, but cannot confirm my identity as I am not getting the 6 digit verification code in my text messages.

Or try putting your old SIM card into the phone than you would get the text messages. I know it’s annoying to do that. But it will work. Or I use my partner phone to get them to take out their SIM card and put in my old for the time being just until I was able to get the 6 digits. Or you can ask for email instead. Best of luck.
