Hi guys
I know this is only online support, but there has got to be a way to escalate a complaint if we are having one with one of the agents here. How do we move up the escalation to somebody higher? Thanks

@LeftRight We are just customers like you here trying to help . Maybe submit another ticket and hope you get another agent and hopefully they can better help

That's a great question. I don't think that's something anyone has seen on these forums before. But you can send a private message to a CS Agent and ask that a supervisor reach out to you by phone as you have concerns about something an agent did or didn't do.
