has Public Mobile customer support chatbot process been repaired or do we still use dm customer support ?

it is a common issue for many accounts for the past couple weeks if not month
try reboot phone and call again
if same, ask PM support agent to fix it on the system.
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:
