Cannot call in or out or send texts.....

My phone wifes phone was working fine, no problems. Today she can't call or recieve incoming calls and she cannot send or recieve texts... Although she just sent a payment (it was accepted), her phone is dead other being able to use it for emergency calls..

Can someone please help her with this.

I tried turning her phone off then on, taking the sim card out and put it back in.. but no luck.. It still says no service.

Sorry.. it's only 1 phone with the problem. My wifes doesn't work, but mine does..

This won't help restore service but if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi.

Really odd that both phones have failed. Does sound like renewal glitch.

Most likely renewal issue and you need mods help.
