In the app's activation page (step 6), the only two options I have are: "log out", and "get support".
How do I activate again?

delete the app from your cell...then get a new one and start over.

on iOS you will not be able to clear cache so I would reach out to a support agent, they should be able to get you to the finish line. Use one of the links that have been posted already

yes it is on the IOS app, log out and log in again does nothing, it shows the same page

@terrence13 have you been trying the the website or the app installed on your phone? To to the final activation it must be through the Public Mobile app. If it's still not letting you complete, trying logging out of the app and logging back in, you can also try clearing the app's cache/data and going back in. If still no luck reach out to a support agent for assistance.
