Hi,
I just opened a new account, subscribed to an ESIM, then deleted the ESIM by mistake. Now I'm unable to log back in as EverSafe is requiring me to provide both an email OTP and a phone number OTP and the phone number never registered.
I want to cancel my account subscription given I don't have access to login or use the card. Any advice appreciated.

Hey @gary100
Reach out to a CS Agent and they can reissue you a new eSIM. It's pretty easy to do.
You can submit ticket by direct message:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
A Customer Service Agent will reply to your community inbox here:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
It's entirely up to you if you wish to cancel but perhaps because you deleted the eSIM by mistake, allow PM CS Agents to help you resolve it??
