Cancelling Sim Card Order

Is it possible to cancel my sim card order?  I want to purchase it off Amazon instead since it seems delivery will be faster.

@Doug26  No SIM cards are no refunds , but you can ask support if they willing  to reimburse you for buying new one because if the strike if you ordered it before strike started possibly. But it’s good to have spare SIM  card on hand anyways incase you lose or damage yours or to give to family or friend to join PM and use your refferal code to reward both accounts

Generally sim card order cannot be cancelled.  But check with support, especially because of the postal strike

or ask if don't want to wait long, can they reimburse you if you order from Amazon
