cannot install eSim

I just attempted to create and install a new eSim, but after trying multiple times, it still did not work. I also tried the QR code, which did not work either. What should I do now?

@Nathan1211  Check your sim manger in phone settings . Maybe the eSIM already installed if so ensure the PM eSIM is enabled / set to primary if iPhone that you toggle on “turn on this line” and reset network settings . If still no luck
