I need to cancel my phone plan, but im outside of canada. There is no way to do this as i need access to my number to login to my account. I need help. I wont be coming back for a couple months, and i have been paying this entire time. There is no way to contact anyone who can help me.

There isn't any way for a customer to remove a credit card from the Public Mobile self serve account. Only a Public Mobile customer support agent can do that.

Just be aware that you have up to 90 to reactivate your plan to keep your number. After that your number is gone. If you want to keep your number reactivate it for a month and suspend it for another 90 days if needed. If you don't need the same number when you come back don't worry about it.

You should be able to login. Click the 'Didn't get code' link when trying to login and it should give you other options.

try to login. When you see the 2FA code step, click didn't receive code and select Send email to get the code via email. Then go to Payment->Manage EverSafe and turn off Subscribed there
if still cannot login, ask PM to help.
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
