Hi there, I bought a sim card, never used, I am trying to subscribe a plan and found out sim card shows invalid, are u able to reactivate my sim card? Thanks

Where did you purchase the PM SIM because it is a one time use. If it was activated before then it won’t work again.
Return to place of purchase for an exchange or refund.
@Mysong is that a Public Mobile sim card you got? Only Public Mobile sim card can be used to activate a Public Mobile account
If you got the right one and still does not work, ask PM CS agent to help
