They are charging me $28 now and it used to be 16. How do I cancel this subscription? I have not been able to get on to my rewards so I even downloaded the app on my phone and it still doesn't work. I can't get a hold of anybody so I'm changing to a different network.

@Public55741 If the $19 plan with 1GB data at 4G speed doesn't suit you and you still want to cancel, you need your Public Mobile account to be active until you have transferred your number to another provider (if you want to keep your number). If you cancel before porting out you will lose your current phone number. Once the transfer has completed your PM account will automatically close.

There is a $19 plan with 1GB and 4G speed. Same plan as the $25. With you couple friend referrals (paid in points now) , you pretty much paying the same. Login to My account and select that plan and use Change on renewal to schedule a plan change
