I am on the 57 $ plan which is paid every 3 months
I received an offer by sms which involves a change of subscription
I clicked yes by mistake, which will change my plan when the current plan ends, but I want to stay on the current plan. How?

the change is actually a scheduled change, you have enough time to cancel it
wait 24 hours, login My Account, check Subscription & Add on page and you should see a plan change scheduled there. You can then cancel it
or if you like, you can ask PM support agent to help to reverse it. You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
