Remember, if you dispute the PM charges and decided to continue service. You will be paying future charges with vouchers for 1 year.

You can just cancel by login to your account and go to the Subscription tab>Subscription Renewal>Unscribe. Your account will be closed after 90 days of nonpayment.

PM is prepaid carrier and no refund.

the only exception is if account was not successfully activated.  if that is the reason, the you can message support agent and ask.
