@SusanAnnoyed you activated and account and was waiting for sim to come? and now it came?? To complete the activation, you will need to login to PM app and finish the subscription process
if you have trouble logging in, open ticket with PM support for help

"Cancel"...cancel what ? Your plan ? Once you port your number to new provider, your account is deactivated. Is that what you mean ?
