No you will not be charged until you activate.

If you have not activated a subscription or entered any payment details, you will not be charged. However, if you have already activated a sim or eSIM, you will be charged the plan amount + provincial tax every 30 days. Hope this helps.

i want to know that if my plan is not Activated then will i be charged for the next months?

You can cancel your subscription a couple of ways

1. You can port your number to another company. That will automatically close your PM account.

2. You can turn off pre-authorized payments/autopay by unsubscribing to your subscription.  Once your account is suspended over 90 days, then your account will be permanently closed and number lost.  Go to your payment section.  Click on Manage subscription and then unsubscribe.
