Cannot go to Manage Subscription to unsusbscribe. Will not allow toggle to be moved to Left to unsubscribe

The website is finicky.
You could try again with a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try to login with a different device. Or use the Public mobile app.
Did you try unsubscribing on the PM app?
It works for me.
Don't know how to do that!
Went to link and posted message. What will happen next? Someone from Public Mobile will answer?
Use computer; use incognito browser mode.
