  • Porting your number to another provider automatically cancels your service and account.
  • Removing your autopay card and allowing your service to suspend for non payment at renewal will cancel and deactivate your account 90 days after your last day of paid service.
  • Or you can remove your personal identifiers from the account and allow someone else take over your account. The old rewards program is a desirable account to have and this would also continue to allow your referrer to recieve their referral reward.

To pre-verify your account include in your private messaging only your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

To cancel account either port your number out or call 611 to remove autopay or log into self service and remove your credit card. Your account will close automatically 90 days from your next renewal date.
