disable your autopay and PM will not renew your service again.
You can do it by logging into My Account, Payment, click Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed there

if you port your cureent number to new provider, your PM acct is automatically deactivated. Otherwise, log in to your account and disable Subscribed. Your account will deactivate after 90 days of Suspension.

added info...you can also disable Autopay by dialing 611 with your cellphone. You will need to know your PM pin number to complete this process.

sorry, we are just customers here like you.
To "cancel" the service, you have to do it yourself. You can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead. Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
To disable Pre-Authorized payments (Turn off Subscribed) , you can do it by one of the following:

You can't suspend your service in here... you need to go into your actual "My Account" to cancel
