Phone not working for calls in or out

New activation, transported my number but cannot receive incoming or make outgoing calls. Text and data working   Help?

Hi @Dpub 

other replies might tell you problem with porting.  But since you cannot make outbound calls, it is not porting.  You have to submit ticket with PM agent and ask them to refresh your account or sim seutp

 please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
