I purchased a mobile plan on the Public Mobile website, but I haven't activated it. Now I don't want to proceed with it. How can I cancel the plan? Who should I contact? I don't find any contact number.

You need to complete your activation of your account and SIM on the PM app. You can’t activate on the PM website. You need to complete the final activation on the PM app. If you didn’t complete the activation on the app…you don’t have an activated account/SIM and you were not charge.
There isn’t an plan/account to cancel.
