VOLTE Support for Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G

I checked my IMEI on the Public Mobile site and it came back as not compatible. The support supports volte. How can I know if its working properly?

NOT COMPATIBLE

Your device is not compatible with our network, or we were unable to find a match in our records. You can try entering the IMEI from another device.

Thx for the reply, the phone generally works ok. I notice that when travelling in the US incoming calls wont come in.  The caller says there is a delay and then voicemail.

hi @Nyce

reason for the voice issue in US is that the phone is not VoLTE whitelisted on PM network.   It is a known issue for older phones.  For Samsung S series, it needs to be S22 and above to have VoLTE support

Hey @Nyce

I can't remember what it is, but some here say it will work on PM but I know it doesn't work well at all. I had two of my friends who I brought over to Public Mobile both have S20's and they'd constantly get dropped calls and missed calls all the time. Either upgrade to a different phone or find a service that will accept the phone.
