I transferred to Koodo yesterday. I wanna know how to cancel my autopay here in public mobile because I can't open my former account. Please help

The only possible concern in not removing the auto-pay prior to porting out might be if your Public Mobile renewal was scheduled to occur within a day or so of porting out to another provider.
If that wasn't the case, you need not be concerned.
Worst case, check your credit card statement after the next expected PM renewal date and let the CSA's know about it (after the fact), and you'll be eligible for a refund.

Once you ported your number to Koodo, your PM account is closed, and that should also cancel/deactivate auto pay on your PM account.
