Cancel an add on & get a refund

Since I have requested to cancel an add on, was charged for it & which does not work I have not heard from Public Mobile. 
What is the process to cancel & request the refund? I have been in contact with them 7 days out of the 15 day package & have not had the service. Besides that , it has interfered with my vacation & been a total inconvenience. But since I requested the refund they have gone silent. 
I’ve always promoted Public Mobile & have been a member for over 5 years. 
I find the community approach to resolving problems a big hassle. I was given a phone number to call but since I cannot access the phone service I paid for I cannot make a phone call.

PM is a prepaid carrier and usually do not provide refund. But for an add-on that not work, they might give you back the credit on your account.
