OK yes I did submit a customer support ticket and I got confused thinking these messages were customer support. I've provided my email to customer support that I used to create account. Just waiting now.

What issue do you meet, perhaps we can help you, what kind of sim do you purchase, eSIM or SIM card, if you use eSIM, which is easy way to guide you install it via app. By the way, what do you mean you can not activate your account, the account is created by your email, do you forget it? If you meet port transferring problem, please contact with CS_Agent, they can help asap!
