Hey, I know that there is an issue with transferring my number it now I need the request cancelled so that I can just pick a phone number. Every time I try to change the number under my account, it says failed. Please help!!! Thanks in advance!

Mobile number transfers can take up to 2 hours to complete. To cancel your request, contact your previous carrier. Once the transfer is complete, your account with your previous service provider will automatically be deactivated , so we recommend reaching out as soon as you can.

@Julie3SIMon needs to have add ons like adblockers disabled.. do that, clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again

I tried that already, but it wouldnt submit after all fields were filled in...

@Julie3You will need to submit a ticket via SIMon https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ talk to it to, once it gets the gist of what's going on.. type in submit ticket to submit a ticket.
