Cancel US data Roaming package

I purchased the US data roaming package for a day trip tomorrow. I no longer need to go on this trip, so is it possible to cancel this add-on and get a refund?

I used the chatbot and eventually was able to submit a ticket. I had a hard time choosing the appropriate options because none of them were quite related to my issue, so I will explain the situation when I am contacted by a customer service agent. Appreciate your help!

HI @Tranius89   there is a chance that they might give you back the credit to your account.  Please open ticket with PM CS agent and ask them

Since Public mobile is prepaid, in general, there are no refunds.  Some customer service agents may credit your account the value of the add on though.
