I’ve ordered a SIM card but I’m wondering if I can switch to an eSIM and cancel the physical SIM order?

Unfortunately if a simcard was ordered it cannot be activated with esim. It can be changed after .

Since you've already ordered the physical SIM card, you will have to reach out to a CS Agent to be able to change it to an eSIM instead. Here's how.

@AndreaNew probably would depend on when you ordered the SIM card, if it was just today you could probably cancel the order but if it was before today there's a good chance it's already been mailed out. Best to contact a customer support agent as they should be able to confirm. Use the link that was shared by slusagm.

You can try, but likely you have to activate to physical sim first. But check with PM
