I was trying to port my son’s Bell number to Public Mobile. His phone/account was under my name. I accidentally ported his number to my own active line, and now my original number is gone and appears replaced by his. I need to recover my original Public Mobile number and set up a proper line for his number. Anyone know what to do. I getting so frustrated, I've had my phone number for 20 years and it's gone!

Just another tip, each number and account needs its own email address.

@JennCurry You have to ask support if they can help fix for you . Or possible bell if that’s where your original phone number originated from
