Good afternoon,
I no longer have any need for my current $30/mo plan, and I would like to downgrade. Your website has a $19/mo plan available but I am not able to switch to it on the mobile app or on the website since you are not making it visible. Please, if you could switch me to the cheaper plan, this would be of great help to me.
Thank you,
Pierre

Hello @PGauT
There have been threads recently of what's called "trickle down" planning. If you open the app on your phone, go to switch subscriptions, see what's offered there. If there is a lower plan than you're paying now, switch to it for the renewal date. Then next month, do the same thing. See if there is a lower plan and keep trickling down to the plan you want. I can't say for sure if this works but many have said it does.

unfortunately, you can't easily downgrade to much cheaper plan then you have. You could get a Public Mobile sim and start a new account but you'll loose your current cell number as well as whatever points or Bonus benefits you have from past holiday seasons.

@PGauT unfortunately if you do not see a plan available to you through your account on the app or website it means it's not available to you. Plans like the $19 one are typically only available for brand new customers. If you keep an eye out on your account you might sometimes see other plans show up that might be cheaper. I was able to downgrade once to a $27 plan and a month later they offered me a $25 plan. I had to move up to a more expensive plan when I went to the US for a trip so I've also been stuck on a $30 plan and waiting for something cheaper to hopefully become available.
