Greetings,
I placed an order for a sim card last night and i would like to cancel it this morning. It has not been shipped to me as yet. please help me cancel my order.

You can contact the PM CSAgent by following instructions as per @darlicious & @Triguy .
Or wait until the SIM arrives and you can give it to a friend or relative.

SIM cards are non refundable. But you can contact customer support and ask them if its possible. Or you could be one of the lucky ones that never recieves it and they will have to refund you. Did you have a change of heart?
Click on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type in " cancel SIM card" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon. Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times.
