Canada Wide Calling Not Working

My Canada Wide Calling is not working; Plan includes it; Customer of Public Mobile for years; tried with and without the 1 at front. Account is fine. How do I get this fixed? Also Eversafe is a disaster!!!!

If you are on the limited use $15 plan and have no minutes left, you will need to buy more minutes.

@spg1  Try 1 or more of the below:

  • restart your phone
  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • move your sim card to another phone to see if services works
  • manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily) to see if services work

Check for outages in your area:

you don't have any minutes left? or you still do?

if you are on $15 plan and no more outbound minutes, that that explains

I would try resetting your network settings in case that fixes it but if not I feel like it’s something support will have to fix on their end. This is assuming your plan is unlimited minutes and not limited like the $15 plan.

@spg1  reboot the phone or can you try the SIM card Ina mother phone to test ?but if you need support here’s the link to them

Sorry to hear you are having trouble making calls. When you make these calls what exactly is the error that you receive or hear? Do local calls work at all? Can you try your sim in another device to see if that works? 

You could try resetting your network settings and then rebooting your device, but do know that this will erase all WiFi networks that are saved on your device currently.
