Canada - US plan

I was interested in $50 US canada plan.

I can’t take it now.

please help me subscribe that one otherwise I’m moving to Rogers.

@Navjot12 You're not suppose to solution your own threads. You are supposed to award the solution to whomever provided you with the answer to your problem.

Secondly, would you mind sharing what got you to resolution? Did PM have to assist? EDIT I see you posted another post to confirm it was that you were already set to renew into this plan. Thanks for that. Whenever you have a pending renewal into a specific plan, you will no longer see that plan as an option.

@makkahn28 Oh yeah, Quebec has always gotten special treatment with most carriers. I wanted their $43/20GB Can/US plan, but I doubt that'll ever happen. No sense in holding out hope. And even if it did happen, Quebec would probably get another plan that was even juicier.

The ON version, was like $180 for 90 Day, 50GB, 5G, so I hope you can understand, the $180 version would have been an Insane Non-Starter

 This one, from QBC, Quebec, 5G LTE Advanced Speeds and US Roam Built-In

This would have been the closest to My Legacy $150 Unlim Can-Wide + US L-D + Global Txt + 6GB 4G LTE Advanced Speeds, Just More Data, Like 50GB at 5G LTE Advanced Speeds and US Roam Built-In

 I initially chose this, 4G LTE Advanced Speeds and US Roam Built-In

then I saw this Version

5G LTE Advanced Speeds and US Roam Built-In for same $50

If I Had Been able to get the 90 Day $165 Promo 5G LTE Advanced Speeds and US Roam Built-In

 Apply my Reward of $24, Take the $165 90 Day, - $24 = $141 + 13% HST = $159.33

See where My Logic would have been

That price would have been at least as best as it could have gotten

@makkahn28- This was well discussed in real world experience back when the roaming plan came back but just for Quebec. But I checked all regions of the plans page (not change plans in an account other than mine in BC) and they all have the roaming plans. Quebec has one other slightly cheaper one.

I just got word from a PM CSA:

Unfortunately, If a Specific Promo Plan is offered in, let's say Yukon, and your in NFL, the Promo is Not available due to prefix location

Honestly, This 90 Day version of Can-US Plan Price would be considered still a Great Bargain, after rewards applied

Though I have this

 Started initially with This

 I would have preferred the 90 Day and 50GB per 30 Day for 150GB

I also sent pm to a PM CSA on the $55 90 Day version of the Can-US, This having 50GB and Multiply by 3 for 150GB, This would be Ideal, Almost Similar to the Legacy $150 Unlim Can-Wide + US L-D + Global Txt + 6GB 4G LTE Advanced, But 5G LTE Advanced Speeds and Unlimited as opposed to 4G LTE Advanced Speeds, and Including US Roaming in there too

Price for me and my Mom, When rewards applied, would have been $141 + 13HST ON

$159.33 after, that would have been still perfect

It's possible you're already setup to renew into it, which is why you won't see it as an option to choose anymore. From the app go to Change Subscription, then click Back. Do you see an Upcoming Subscription?

@makkahn28 if OP is from NS, I assume he meant he is still with an NS phone number and account marked as NS.  Let see what agent says

I myself and my Mom took the $50 5G Can-US Plan

Never hesitate on these if it's an equally equivalent Or better Plan

I’m registered in Nova Scotia. But now I live in Ontario. I registered two years ago

What province is your account registered in? I'm registered to BC and I see the plan. The roaming plans are still available in QC according to their plans page. But those pages may not be updated if the plans aren't available in change plans in the account.
