Yeah, so a payment failed. Now there is no way to ever verify my card information. Can you fix this?

That wasn't Public Mobile asking for it. You can't pay with bank account so why give banking information? I hope that you didn't do it.

You should be sending personal infos only to employees of public mobile. They include user moderator_team and users identified with the blue MOD logo or black PM logo. Anyone else is not an employee of public mobile.

You can pay with a payment voucher available at 7-11 type of stores, then call 611 to put it on your account.
Then start a ticket with the Simon bot to get cc info straightened out. Click the ? in lower right side of screen...type "Payment problem"...then contact a moderator.

Last time this happened I was told I had to send in all kinds of banking information just to be able to pay for my phone bill which is unacceptable and will never happen (I don't know who it is being sent to because it is not the company I am paying for my phone bill but rather is someone on a public forum)
