Hi,
I'm trying to sign in to my account but the page does not load - just a blank screen. Same result on three different computers. Is the server down?

Tried full browser clear, restart in computer, chrome, firefox and edge browsers...

Try using Chrome. Also try clearing your cache and cookies then reboot.

@TerryK seems to be working now, I just logged on. I'm in Toronto using a Samsung tablet and google chrome.

You aren't the only one. It's possible that it is temporarily down, sometimes this happens especially if there is high traffic.
If you can't wait to use self service online, dial *611 from your device for other self serve options.
