One more thing, during the activation, I missed the field to enter my wife’s referral code due to a page loading error.

You can create a ticket this way via the bot. However, the bot is completely useless if you ask it " I forgot to add my referral code ". It doesn't not help you in any way. You will have to use " Create Ticket " to create one.

Just a side note, she will be only one that receives credit to her account. 1 point per month. You will not be receiving the $10 credit in your second month of service during this promotion.
