Update: I just downloaded the app and allowed for location when using it and it finally allowed me to update my credit card info.

I'm having the same issue. I tried on different days, used incognito mode in Microsoft Edge on a PC, and on my phone using Chrome incognito.

The website is finicky.  You could try a different web browser, clear cache or  incognito mode.

Recently, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.

Here is some more information:

  • Log out of your account and relog in before updating your card
  • If you attempted to update the same card multiple times please try again tomorrow or today with a different card as there is a daily limit on update attempts for security purposes. 
  • Make sure that your credit card postal code matches your phone number's area code
  • As always, please be sure that you are inputting the correct card details

CC update is broken.
Some are lucky to update it most not.
Use app, give location permission - then it might work. Do not try too many times (<3) or you will be locked out due to fraud prevention.
