Can't update my credit card expiration date

This has been so frustrating, my service is cut off by public mobile, only because they can't auto charge me, because my CC is expired. Meanwhile, the system doesn't allow me log into my account to update my CC info., I have been trying for 8 hours !! Please open a ticket ASAP, I need to have my service back.

@nikichen , I apologize, I didn’t know that not being able to receive the security code verification through email was the reason you were not able to login! I can certainly understand the frustration! I hate the glitches that happen sometimes! The CSA will fix it! After they do & you are able to login again to your account you can disable Two-factor authentication at login if you want to.

 

If at any time you choose not to pay by Credit Card you can also purchase a voucher for Public Mobile from Musk Bird to pay for your service even by using *611 to pay that way!

@nikichen - best to submit a ticket to public mobile agents then using either method provided by @Handy1 in the first comment post above.

Not working !!! I tried other computer even, the problem is the system want to verify if I am the owner of the account / email, prompting me to use security code verification vis sending me the code via email, I am following the prompt ... but not getting a code , I have been trying for 24 hours! I have only one single email for life, can't make mistake on email address... so there are something wrong with the system! not on my side

@nikichen - where are you having issues updated your card? What is happening?

 

Please try another browser, or use pc/laptop rather then mobile or vice versa, and see how you get along.

@nikichen , when you’re trying to login to your account please use a browser in private / incognito mode (The website has cashing isues) to see if that allows you to login using your email address & password that you used when creating your account.

 

Unfortunately we can’t submit a support ticket for you. You need to do that yourself using your own information. You’re posting this on an open / public forum to other Customers that read & respond back to you. We help when we’re able to but we do not work for Public Mobile. Sorry.
