Can't top up my account with a public mobile phone card,tells me that they can't process it...Why???

contact customer support mods

 

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "no service"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account


make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

5 years! And this is your second post! I'd say that's pretty darn fine service. Now you're having a hiccup.

Can we assume you had also tried the voucher in your self-serve account also?

You could also use those prepaid "credit" card gift cards to enable autopay and pay from it. Bit of a fee to get them but if you don't have or wish to use a real proper credit card then it's a great alternative to get the $2 reward off your plan cost.

Am I the only one having a problem trying to put money in my account,tried Thur. nite to put a $40 public mobile voucher on my phone, didn't work,tried a couple times yesterday, no go..so this morning I got another $25 voucher and the same thing, call star 611 & punch in the 12 digit PIN number and I get the same answer, can't process the public mobile phone card, I've had the phone and same phone number for 5 yrs or longer now,  This is the first time this has happened, there's nothing wrong with the phone either, cause public mobile texted me a 6 digit code on my phone for something else,Wish I knew what the problem was cause in the meantime I have no phone, thank you to the people that tried to help me earlier,much appreciated,be so much easier just to talk to somebody in support from public mobile, have a nice weekend everyone,,

Have a look thru the voucher catalogue to see if the type you purchased is there and can give you insight on whether it is a delayed validity. Have you tried using 611? Dial 611 then press (1) then press (1) again and enter the 12 digit code. Once loaded onto your account if you have vouchers that come from a different retailer not represented in the voucher catalogue please feel free to add them to help someone else.

Sometimes it takes up to 24  hours for the vouchers to activate at purchase.Try calling 611 to add them.

 

If after 24 hours and still having problems...

@JoeBoyd Sometimes when you buy a voucher (I assume that's what you meant by PM Card) it takes some hours to become activated so that the system can accept it. This is the retailer's issue. not PM's.
