I did an activation and transfer my number from my old provider. Since then I can call without problem but I can’t text and receive messages.I’ve been trying everything for the past 8 days nothing works.

Just switched provider 12 hours ago, having the exact same issue. Tried to restart thing, take sim in and out, no luck.
Submitted ticket 2 hours ago and waiting for response also. Good luck to us!

I submitted a ticket through the chat bot yesterday at 11:15am. Haven't heard back as of yet! It should not take this long! Not happy so far.

I had the same when I did new activation a week ago. I contacted PM and they had it solved within an hour

I don't have a solution for you, but you are not alone. I switched to PM 8 days ago as well and I'm still waiting for a response from the tickets submitted to get text messages working. It would be good to hear from someone who has that issue resolved recently and how long they had to wait to get it fixed.
