Can't tell if I've lost my old loyalty rewards

I recently swapped out to a new plan and read that it wouldn't affect my old loyalty rewards, but upon logging in today, I noticed that maybe they were gone? 

I should note that I was on the 90 day plan and my current subscription won't swap out until the end of December. Maybe I should wait until the swap is done? 

Just wondering if there's anyway for me to check if my old rewards are still there.

I figured it out! I was logged in with. My wife's account and when I signed out, it didn't sign out from the rewards page.

 

Loyalty rewards are still intact.

@knichiknichi , changing plans won’t cause you to switch to the public points system. You have to manually switch (don’t do it) & agree to it. You will notice if you do.

Edited: If you did this below then you joined & lost your old loyalty rewards! There’s no switching back once you do this! Please don’t do this if you haven’t already….

To join you have to

  1. Sign into the Public Mobile app or My Account
  2. Go to the ‘Rewards’ tab
  3. Select ‘Go to Rewards’
  4. Choose 'Join Public Points' from the side navigation
  5. Select 'Join now' and accept the terms and conditions
