I recently swapped out to a new plan and read that it wouldn't affect my old loyalty rewards, but upon logging in today, I noticed that maybe they were gone?
I should note that I was on the 90 day plan and my current subscription won't swap out until the end of December. Maybe I should wait until the swap is done?
Just wondering if there's anyway for me to check if my old rewards are still there.

@knichiknichi , changing plans won’t cause you to switch to the public points system. You have to manually switch (don’t do it) & agree to it. You will notice if you do.
Edited: If you did this below then you joined & lost your old loyalty rewards! There’s no switching back once you do this! Please don’t do this if you haven’t already….
To join you have to
