I’ve been trying to get my plan to 30GB since they just changed their deal. I tried changing subscription myself but it wants to charge me an other amount. I just want to get the extra 10GB without any other charge.
every time I try to do a ticket through the **bleep**y AI chat, it gives me an error when clicking the contact us link

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here

Instead of scheduling plan change immediately (you will be charged again, with no refunds to old plan), schedule a plan change at your next renewal date. PM will honor that plan change.
